How much does a website cost, and what does it include?
€249 one-off, plus €19 a month for hosting, a managed domain and up to 2 small edits a month. The site has up to 5 pages, works perfectly on smartphones, has a clickable map, phone number and WhatsApp link, and is optimised for Google and Google Maps. Bigger jobs are quoted separately.
How soon is it online, and can I see it before I decide?
It goes online within 48 hours of your go-ahead. And before you decide, we show you a preview of the site.
Do the prices include VAT?
No VAT is charged, because we operate under Italy's flat-rate tax regime (regime forfettario). A 4% surcharge for INPS, Italy's social security institute (rivalsa INPS), is added to each invoice.
Do you only work in Lombardy?
No. We are an IT company based in Lombardy, in Cesano Maderno (province of Monza and Brianza), and we work remotely with clients across Italy.
How do we start, and how quickly do you reply?
Email progetti@is4ict.com with a couple of lines about what you need. We reply in English within one working day, in plain language and without technical jargon, with a fixed-price proposal and a delivery date. After delivery we remain available for changes and support.
What can be automated?

Does the digital QR menu need an app?
No: the customer scans the QR code on the table and the menu opens on their phone, with allergen information as required by law. It costs €49 one-off plus €9 a month, is ready 24 hours after we receive your menu (a photo is enough) and prices are updated the same day you send them to us.
Do you also handle servers and cloud?
Yes: releases, interventions and maintenance on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and VPS servers, with a plan at a fixed price agreed before we start. A single intervention costs from €190 for up to 3 hours, maintenance from €149 a month for a small environment, and you can start with a €290 check-up.
