    We start for free: a mini check-up of your website, from the outside only, on one page.

    Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and VPS servers: going live, interventions and maintenance, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

    • Full read-only check-up at €290

    Limits. We don’t develop or modify your application’s code. No on-call cover at night or on public holidays: everything in writing.

  • Google Workspace

    We start with the check-up: read-only, without touching anything.

    Access, sharing and licences: we check them, fix them at a fixed price and look after them for you every month.

    • Then from €49/month up to 10 users
    • Security hardening from €190 up to 3 hours
    • Migrations quoted after an analysis

    Limits. We don’t read email or the contents of files and we never delete anything. No support for computers and phones.

  • Email security

    €149one-off, with the final report

    We start for free: a one-page report on your domain.

    The DMARC policy that gets Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo to reject fake emails sent in your name, without touching your mailbox.

    • Optional monthly monitoring, €9/month
    • Records ready within 2 working days of your go-ahead
    • With any provider: Aruba, Register, Google, Microsoft

    Limits. We don’t enter your systems: you, or whoever manages your site, add the records, with our guide. We protect your exact domain, not look-alike ones.

No VAT is charged (flat-rate regime, regime forfettario); a 4% INPS surcharge (rivalsa INPS) is added to the invoice. “Fixed price” means the job doesn’t cost more than what we wrote.

    The cloud mini check-up, the domain report or the read-only check-up: we don’t touch anything.

  3. We send you a fixed-price plan

    Before touching anything: a written plan with a fixed price, timings, what is paused and how to roll back. We start only with your yes.

Do you also handle servers and cloud?

Yes: releases, interventions and maintenance on Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and VPS servers, with a plan at a fixed price agreed before we start. A single intervention costs from €190 for up to 3 hours, maintenance from €149 a month for a small environment, and you can start with a €290 check-up. Prices and limits are on the cloud services page.

Do the prices include VAT?

No VAT is charged, because we operate under Italy’s flat-rate tax regime (regime forfettario). On IT services, a 4% surcharge for INPS, Italy’s social security institute (rivalsa INPS), is added to each invoice.

Do you read our email or our files?

No. With Workspace we don’t read email or the contents of files; in cloud check-ups the dedicated access sees how the environment is built and the names of files and resources, not their contents. With Email security we only look at the public DNS and the DMARC reports, which contain server addresses and counts, not messages.

Do we have to give you access to our systems to get started?

No. The cloud mini check-up and the domain report are done from the outside only, with no access or passwords. For the full check-ups we work with a dedicated, read-only access for IS4ICT that you can remove whenever you like: never passwords by email.
