No VAT is charged (flat-rate regime, regime forfettario); a 4% surcharge for INPS, Italy’s social security institute (rivalsa INPS), is added to the invoice: for the website, the order amount is €405.60. “Fixed price” means the website never costs more than what is written. By bank transfer: the website on order, the fee month by month, in advance.
